(Lycopersicon esculentum)
This fine cherry tomato produces trusses of blackish-red fruit with an irresistible delicious sweet flavour. Almost completely round these tasty bite-sized fruits form in abundance on long trusses and break away neatly from the stem. The plants are tall and vigorous and will require staking to develop good quality trusses. Ripening fruit will develop their richest and deepest colour and flavour when exposed to warm bright sunshine.
Released in 2003 this was the first cherry sized tomato to incorporate the black colouration first discovered in heirloom tomatoes of the Ukraine and western Russia.
