Terms and Conditions

Prices:

*All prices are in Australian dollars. Price includes GST where applicable.

Dispatch Times:

*All orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment. Exceptions are orders that include the purchase of live plants, these are dispatched between Monday and Wednesday so to reduce the likelyhood of being held by postal services during weekends.

*Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days depending on destination. Should your items not be received within a reasonable timeframe please first check with your local post office, and notify us should they be unable to locate them.

Substitutes:

*We will not make any substitution should a specific item not be available at the time of dispatch.

Payment:

Our SSL security system ensures your credit card and contact details are safe and secure. All data is secured by 128 Bit SSL.

We accept the following payment methods:

1) Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard visa_mastercard_2.gif. Processed via eWay online payment gateway.

2) Bank deposit: Payment can be made into the following bank account:

3) Money order:

To be made out to 4Seasons Seeds and addressed to PO BOX 369, Tenterfield, NSW 2372.

Seed Count:

The majority of our seeds are weighed to give an approximate seed count.

Germination results:

*We endeavour to test all of our seeds prior to listing to ensure they are of high standard.

*Please note also that all our seeds are provided for growing purposes only and are not suitable for consumption with the exception of sprouting seeds.

Refund Policy:

*We do not give refunds on seeds and live plants due to their perishable natures if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

*However we do refund on all other items provided they are returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order in original, undamaged conditions. Customers are to pay for the returned postage. In the event where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website, we will also refund the amount of the returned postage.

Warranties & Liabilities

We make every effort to supply the best quality seeds, plants and products, with correct labelling and identification. No warranty is given regarding the identity, germination or productiveness of the seeds and plants we offer. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the seeds or products.

Seed importation for overseas buyers:

*Providing there are no restrictions on any given species or variety there is little difficulty importing seeds. However, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain and abide by any laws, which apply to the possession and cultivation of any items listed on our website. 4Seasons Seeds cannot be held responsible if customs or similar agencies confiscate seeds. All import duties, taxes and fees, if any, are to be paid by the buyers.

WA Customers:

Seed orders to WA may be subjected to a quarantine inspection fee charged by WA customs. Please contact your quarantine department if you have any questions.

Security & Privacy:

*We aim to provide all of our customers with a safe online shopping experience. Our system encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure its safe transfer to us. We respect your privacy and personal information, and will not share it with anyone else. We may use your email address to send our email newsletters and other announcements regarding promotions, new products and special features. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time, please let us know via email, phone or fax.
