(Arctium lappa) Burdock grows well in moist, well-drained soil in full sun. Avoid high nitrogen fertilisers and mulch plants heavily with organic matter. Roots may be harvested once they reach 30cm in length. Sow Burdock seeds in spring for autumn harvest. Approx 45 seeds per gram
