This delightful little summer squash first described in the 1830’s produces masses of pale skinned fruit with a tasty soft textured flesh. Traditionally called a patty pan (scalloped pastry dish) squash these flying saucer shaped fruit are fun for kids to grow and eat. Vines are highly productive and compact making them manageable for smaller gardens. Pick young fruit regularly for a continuous harvest all summer. Harvest – 54 days.
