A tall upright heat loving plant with yellow hibiscus like flowers followed by edible seed pods, Red Burgundy produces an abundance of delicious red pods on a vigorous 1.5m tall plant with green leaves and attractive bright cherry red stems.
Harvest pods when 5-10cm long and the stalk is still tender. When the stalk is difficult to cut through, the pods are past their best and no longer tender to eat. Harvest – 50-60 days.
